Ordering Policies
You may choose to order goods with a valid credit card, bank wire transfer or Western Union transfer. Credit cards will be pre-approved, but purchased orders will not be charged until delivered. Orders placed with a credit card will be processed that business day (Monday - Friday).
Orders paid with wire transfer will begin processing when we receive the funds.
The wire transfer may be issued in either "U.S funds" or Euros. Orders made with Western Union transfers will begin processing immediately upon receiving MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).
When ordering, please fill in your name, address, telephone number and email
address.
If there are any difficulties in delivering your order, we will contact you via
e-mail. Orders will not be delivered until we receive your credit card information
or payment via wire transfer or Western Union transfer.
Orders take 2-15 business days to be delivered unless goods are backordered. We will contact you via e-mail if your order will be delayed. We will never bill your credit card until your order is delivered.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every order. If not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. No questions asked. Delivery fees are not refundable. Credit card refunds will be credited to the card with
which you made the purchase - as an option, the sum might be credit towards future purchase. Customers must have their original invoice. All packaging, etc. must be included and in new condition. Adjustments will be made for any damages. All shipping charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility (excludes shipping damage or faulty product from manufacturer).
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
The price shown for the goods excludes shipping charges unless specifically stated. The charges for shipping are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.
